Uninstall and Reinstall

I am a newbie to Creative Cloud Desktop.  Recently installed Adobe Premiere Pro via Creative Cloud.  Although it was installed (using 3.58GB of my laptop), I was not able to open Adobe Premiere Pro.  So tried to uninstall, so that I can reinstall.  Problem is it gets stuck with uninstall and, after 10 mins,  displays error message "Conflict uninstalling Premiere Pro" with no further advice.  Help.

Go into the task manager and close Premiere: then uninstall.

See how that goes.
