Unknown Error message

I have my customized high-end desktop pc now with graphics card equipped however my 64-but premiere Pro software shows this unknown error message when I try to run it after installing irrespective of which version I install. What does this mean? What do I have to do to get it running?

Yup, I already have windows media player installed.

Actually I'm not really sure how to get the Windows Media package or what it is to begin with. Any idea about it?
