Update to Monterey and now just Pending media

I know there are posts already on here about this but not able to find an answer through the threads.  I updated to Monterey this morning now all I get is Media pending.  I've tried all fixes that are suggested on line - disenable, extra frame blah blah.   I see people downgrading but is that what I have to do?  Any help is welcome.   Thanks - Judith

See if you can update Premiere Pro to 22.3.
