Creative Cloud says all apps up to date/no updates available—but Premiere is still v15.2.
(Same goes for Photoshop, Lightroom etc, all 'up to date', but not really....)
Have tried everything listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-application-recognizing-available.html
PC Specs are fine. Anyone else had this issue?

PC is part of an institution, not a personal device.
The update is available on my personal device, using the same Adobe login.

SOLVED: Institution's IT Department deleted an update cache at their end, which resulted in the new updates appearing.
