Upgrade Legacy Title Crash

Hello,
I find a huge problem. I have a lot of old premiere projects and I want to re-edit it with the latest premiere pro version. But, every time I open my old project and the floating message box "Upgrade legacy titles" appear, it keeps loading and never stop.

I am already re-try it again, but it still happening. I am so clueless and desperate now, I am unable to re-edit my old project because of this problem.

What version are you trying to open it in? Do you know what version you saved the old file in last?

This worked correctly for me when I tried it last, but I have not tried it in the newest versions.
