I just uploaded to Premiere 22.3.1 along with allowing Adobe updater to remove previous versions of Premiere, and now when i try to open any of my projects, i immediately get the error "An unknown error occurred while opening the project". I'm on the very latest version. Also, since i removed previous versions of Premiere from Updater, i don't see a way to revert back to previous versions.  Help please.

[Follow up]  So after connecting w a co-worker on this, he told me he was having issues with the latest Premiere as well as so he went back to Premiere 2021 (v 15.4.1) and will just stay in that version til Adobe fixes stuff. Meanwhile, before i deleted Premiere 2022 (v 22.3.1) the way i was having to import 2021 projects into a new 2022 project was a mess. It kinda  reminds me of what Final Cut Pro did years ago (sigh). Oh well ... I'll stay in 2021 for the forseeable future.
