[URGENT] Missing "Presets" Folder in Effects Panel - Preferences Files Redirected (Version 25.6.2)
Dear Adobe Support Team and Community,
I am experiencing a critical issue with Adobe Premiere Pro where the "Presets" folder is completely missing from my Effects panel. I have confirmed that I am running Premiere Pro 25.6.2 (Build 1).
I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including a complete uninstall/reinstall of the application, but the issue persists.
The "Presets" folder is not visible in the Effects panel, making it impossible to import or manage custom presets.
I previously encountered a recurring error related to a third-party plugin: "Film Impact settings error."
I have tried resetting the preferences and cache by holding the Alt key during launch, but this did not resolve the missing folder issue.
I believe the root cause is a file path issue due to Windows' OneDrive integration:
The local default Documents folder (C:\Users\[Username]\Documents) does not contain the Adobe folder.
Instead, I found all my Premiere Pro settings files, including the files for the existing keyboard shortcuts, located inside the OneDrive redirected path:
C:\Users\[Username]\OneDrive\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\25.0
Confirmed the program version is 25.6.2 (Build 1).
Attempted to Reset Preferences and Cache (Alt key launch).
Performed a Complete Uninstall and Reinstall of Premiere Pro. (The problem returned after reinstallation.)
Is this issue a known conflict between Premiere Pro and the OneDrive path redirection? How can I force Premiere Pro to correctly recognize or create the necessary files to display the "Presets" folder, especially when the core settings are located in the OneDrive path?
Any guidance on resolving this persistent issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
