Use a photo and replace the mouth with a video of a mouth speaking

I have a jpg image of a face, and a video of another face speaking.

How can I put the video of the mouth moving on top of the jpg face?

The two faces are different, I want full face 1and ONLY moving mouth of face 2.

Any hints?

The technique is called Masking.

Mask the mouth in the video and put that over the jpg.
