use transitions in different sequences

Hi, 

I'm using self made transitions across multiple Sequences in diffrent format like 1080x1080, 1920x1080 

and 1080x1920. But everytime I copy them over to a diffrent format I need to change the Sequence setting from the timeline I made the transition in, otherwise it won't play it. Is there a way around this as it's quite a faf. Hopfully this makes sense.

Make the transitions for every height and width you use.
