I'm trying to install Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Effects in an external drive, but Creative Cloud didn't allow me to change the location of installation. Can somebody help me?

As a long-time user of PrPro ... I don't personally recommend doing this. Use the internal drive for OS/programs, and externals for anything else if you must. It is nearly always a choke-point when running th app at the least, and can lead to all sorts of wonky behaviors.
