Using New Remix Feature Will Crash OMF Exports

Hello, wanted to share a new bug I found.  Haven't seen it mentioned online yet so here it goes.

While attempting to export an OMF from Premiere Pro (22.3.1) I kept getting empty OMFs, both attempting to embed the audio or have it separate.  Discovered that the single WAV file that was retimed with the new remix feature in Essential Audio was causing the problem.

I exported that single track as a wav by itself, brought it back into the timeline, and was then able to export an OMF.  Very frustrating.  But hey, hope this post helps someone.
