Using Screen Recorded Videos that do not match Sequence Settings?

I need to create a few screen recorded videos that I will give to someone else that will be editing a project in 4K. I have an iMac with a resolution of 5120 x 2880 and a MacBook Pro with a resolution of 2560 x 1600. If I record on either of these displays it will not fit perfectly into the 4K sequence. What is the best way to handle this? Use record in 4K and use the scale to fit option? I am not sure if my iMac resolution is the exact same aspect ratio as a 4k video?

Thanks

Yes...On what you've described. I prefer "Set To Frame Size" and then you can resize the video clips in the effect controls panel to make it fit how you'd like.
