utilisation prévisualisation pour rendu

bonjour, 

je viens de faire un "rendu de l'entrée à la sortie" d'une composition Ae sur Première pro : bandeau vert au dessus. Cependant même lorsque je coche "utiliser les prévisualisation" dans la fenêtre de rendu, l'export dure quand même des heures. j'ai l'impression que Première Pro n'utilise pas les prévisualisations. Est ce normal que l'export en h264 dure autant de temps malgré le "rendu de l'entrée à la sortie" fait avant ?
