V24.4.1 - Constantly quitting unexpectedly since latest update

Program crashes, whole windows closes instantly. Only started occuring yesterday since it auto updated.

i9-14900KF

64GB RAM

RTX4080 

Working with MXF files from Sony camera. I can edit for a few minutes and then it crashes. Very basic edit with 1 video track 1 audio track and a dip to black transition. Working in 1080p 50fps. 

How do I rollbcack to previous version?
