Dear everyone,

I have recently purchase V50X and shot some test footage with it, but when I imported them into premier pro CC, the footages' audio all sound like Alvin the chipmunk. The audio was running in 200% speed.

Slowing down the audio to 50% make the audio out of sync.

I have tried every single resolutions, they all have the same issue.

The footages played fine on VLC player. I'm not sure what is the cause, please let me know if you have a solution for that, thank you.

I'm on a Windows 11 Home system.Screenshot 2022-08-07 172348.png

When importing footage, make sure it's all conformed, indexed or whatever before doing anything.

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.

Dear Ann Bens,

yes, the above have all been done. Only the footages shot by the Akaso V50 action cam has this issues, footages from my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 are perfectly fine.
