Hello community,
For a while I have noticed various bugs in rendered mp4 files. They can vary from 1 black frame (there was no black frame in the project itself), to various black pixels appearing for a split second.
I have attached a video and a picture of the last two for reference.
At first by googling and searching here I decided that the issue might be the GPU so I changed from Quadro 4000 to GeForce 4070 TI but to no avail!

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Ram : 32.0 GB
Nvidea GeForce RTX 4070 TI - updated with newest Studio drivers
Premiere Pro version 23.6.0 build 65
