Varying Font Sizes - Premiere Pro 2025 and Crashing (Mac)

Contributor ,

I have an intermittent issue where setting a font size of 40 appears to vary in size on different portions of an edit.  Any suggestions or should I just match the fonts by increasing/decreasing usingthe Scale Tool?

And occasionally, I am experiencing crashes of PPCC 2025.  Any way to reduce prevent these?

Thanks!

Could you share a screenshot of the font issue?

I recommend creating a brand-new graphic in your timeline with the same font settings as a reference. Then, find another graphic on the same timeline that appears different and compare their settings.

Sometimes, copying and pasting graphics between different sequences can alter their scale. To check for this, open the Effect Controls panel and review the Scale settings under both Motion and Transform for the specific text layer. If the values differ, adjusting them should help maintain consistency in your text appearance.
