Vertex pins create lines over video when exporting?

I've used vertex pins to add movement to a stationary image, everything looks fine in the timeline but on Export lines appear over the image. I've tried changing my export settings but nothing seems to get rid of them. Any ideas?

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build.
Also screenshots of UI with effect controls mask selected, sequence settings and export settings.
