In the Effects Control panel, the Size & Position options near the top. Twirl down the little arrow to the left, and you'll see the option for Rotate.

Do you want just the video rotated or also the canvas

If latter go into the sequence settings and swap the numbers for height and width.

If its just one clip that will do but if there a many I would go for the Transform effect on the master clip.

Amazing, thanks guys! Such a useful and helpful community. Rotate worked for the one clip but will definitely use transform if I come into this issue again!
