Very Specific premier Crash

Whenever I try and access a workspace that has the "effects" window open (effects drop-down menus), premier instantly crashes.

This first started happening when I updated to the 2022 version.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and have cleared chaches.

For context, I have a ryzen9 5950x and a 3070
