Video can't be exported, Have active and paid membership. I get the following error. folder deleted.

Thanks for writing in.

Did you restart the application after deleting the folder? If that didn't help, try the following steps:

  • Check if there are any updates available for Windows.
  • Change the permissions as instructed in this article.
  • Create a new user account and see if Premiere Pro is working in it.
