Hi im new to Premiere Pro and i downloaded some stock videos and music so i can practise my skills. i downloaded the files from Envato Elements and when i go into Premiere pro and import the files it says that the files are not supported. can someone help please as im stuck at the moment.

How are you doing it and what do you see? Where does the video file come from?

The video comes up as a white file with audio.

Do you have the answer to the second question i asked? Without that we can only guess.
Read the post by John T Smith in this very thread regarding how to find out what codec you have using MediaInfo.
