Video content is exporting black

Video content is exporting black, with and without render files with renderer metal or software only.

This is very annoying. I have to export several times in ordr to have a good export.

Any suggestions on correcting this problem?

Sequence is black after exporting as well.

macOS Ventura 13.4.1

Another bug I get is flashes on portions of video that are keyed if i export after "rendering", deleting render files fixed that problem until it started exporting all black.
