Hi all. Has anyone ever seen this problem before:

20221115_104935.jpg

The full screen monitor I've selected randomly jumps to the bottom left of the screen and cuts off half the sequence - the moon behind is the desktop. It's bizarre and irritating.

It's a 3 screen set up (but has always happened even with 2 screens)

Graphics card is up to date etc, I'm on Windows 10 and this is PP2023 (although it's always been a problem in other versions also)

It's really irritating! Any ideas?

Hi Insight Video Marketing,

Looks frustrating. Sorry about that. More info about the system and media might help

Some editors fixed the issue by checking HDMI cables. or by swapping them out. Others by adjusting Windows monitoring and/or scaling preferences in the OS. Have a look at the Mercury Transmit preference too. Finally, ensure that your GPU can support all three monitors for this version.

Hope the community can help you fix this issue.

Thanks,
Kevin
