I don't know, because this started yesterday afternoon, before I updated to the latest version of Premiere.

Lo solucioné simplemente cambiando la opción en formato códec H.264 a HEVC (H.265), esa es la única solución rápida que pude conseguir, si te funciona avísame. Aún no sé el motivo por el cual el codec h.264 no funciona correctamente si antes de la actualización funcionaba al 100%.
