Hi,
I hope someone can help.
The last two days I have started having an issue with editing my videos in PP.
When I add an adjustment layer to the video and then an colour grading preset I have created the video freezes on one frame and flickers during playback.
I have tried adding the preset to just the video clip but it does the same thing.
I am using a 2020 13" mac /
2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB
with up to date operating system and never had this issue before.
I have a number of videos to edit but can't seem to fix it.
Has anyone had/having this issue and worked out how to fix?
Thanks

File formatt is P2...I belive it used to be set to Quicktime (or I would change it to that!) could this be the issue?
Thanks

Hi Neil,
Just standard colour corrections. Highlights, exposure etc etc. Not had an issue in the last 30-40 videos I have editied and used the pre-set with. Just started one the last ones.

Hi Ashton,
Your GPU is not meeting system requirements. Try smart rendering for better performance. Check the video previews codec in Sequence Settings under Editing Mode > Custom. Change your video preview codec to ProRes LT. Render your sequence. It should play back much better now. When exporting, export to ProRes LT with the "Using Previews" box checked. This will make your exports very fast. You can delete these large files once you have finished exporting. Let us know if you have questions.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
I tried changing settings to the above but the flickering still happens as soon as I add adjustment layer and effects to this layer!
