Hello,
after upgrading to Premiere Pro 24(Beta) and as from today to 24.0 I have the problem, that after exporting video it freezes at some frame for 5-8 seconds, audio still plays but video not.
After re-exporting it again, it freezes again but already at another random spot. This is just a wedding video without any special effects (only film convert plugin applied).
I already tried to export another video from another project, it's also freezes at random spot for 5-8 seconds.
I also uploaded an example video of it (177MB):

I already re-installed Premiere Pro but unfortunately it did not help.
Hello @Denis273606893rl4,
Thanks for writing in. The main reason that this can happen is that the playback is sometimes difficult for your computer hardware. The test involves uploading the file to a site like YouTube or Google Drive and watching the playback in the browser. If the playback is fine there, your computer hardware cannot playback your HEVC 4K file. Please try that test and report back.
Feel free to give us full specs of your computer hardware and the media you use for further tro

Thanks for responding. I have just today been able to get back to editing due to my work schedule.
One question: When you say transcode the clips into ProRes, you mean all the original clips, right? I am pretty sure that is one of the codecs I used when attempting to redo this edit multiple times. I will try it again though. I am assuming it wouldn't work to export the edited clip in prores and import it back? I would have to transcode all original clips and import them into the project?

Yes, all your drone footage. Transcode to the appropriate format (quicktime: prores422 is what I would recommend). You might get a little better quality by choosing Prores422HQ but I doubt you'll see the difference) with settings that match the original format... frame rate, pixel dimensions, etc), Screen the transcoded files to make sure there are no problems, then unlink from the original media and relink to the transcoded material and you should be good to go.
In the midst of a job crunch so can't go into more detail at the moment, but post back if you have any questions.
There's an alternative workaround using the "render and replace" command... Might look that up, but again if you have any further questions, post back...
Premiere is an amazing program but it can get complicated.. I'm sure we can get you over this hump...
