Video Freezes when I add CrossZoom transition

I'm having troubles with a video. The video plays back fine in general but when I add my 3 CrossZoom transitions or any transitions for that matter onto a clip, it freezes. I try selecting it to render and it gives me an error about the Transition. It makes no sense to me though because I have the exact same video in another format (1280x720) and it exports fine. Then when I change the sequence size to 1080x1920 for TikTok it has troubles with the transitions. Not sure how to fix.

Do your sequence settings match the media properties?

If so, delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Thanks for the help. None worked. I added a Additive Dissolve transition and it works perfectly fine. When I add the CrossZoom though it gives me the red line above and I can't render it at all. Doesn't really make any sense, it works fine in my other video size but even that one, if I change the size to TikTok format the CrossZoom messes up.

In this tutorial, you can see how to delete your media cache files in Premiere Pro 2019. Cache files are small reference files, attached to a larger amount of media data, and by creating cache files, it speeds up the retrieval of that data the next time you need to access it. Video editors who ...
