Video from phone is Glitchy - Source video is smooth

Other videos taken from the camera are working fine. I have cleared media cache, reset prefences, updated adobe premiere pro, updated my graphics card, and updated windows. Please help lol!

Hi,

Can you try switching off hardware decoding in Preferences > Media? Otherwise, you might want to transcode the file in another app, like Shutter Encoder (free). Let us know if either of these things are working.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
