Video is Darker After Exporting In Certain Parts

New Here ,
Dec 01, 2021 Dec 01, 2021

Hello!

I recently noticed an issue going on with my exports. Whenever there are no overlayed effects/edits going on in the video, the image is noticeably darker compared to the raw footage before exporting. For example, I have an edit where I zoom in on my face and during that edit the color is normal. The second the edit stops and it is just the video playing with no edits/effects the image goes back to being dark again. Another example is when my Subscribe animation overlay pops up, the color goes back to being how it looks pre-export, but when the animation overlay ends the color goes back to being dark again. I don't know why it is doing this so any help would be appreciated.

My PC has a AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2070 Super GPU

Hi there,

Sorry about the poor experience. Have you tried switching to Software Encoding under Export Settings > Video tab > Encoding Settings > Performance to check if it's exporting properly?

Thanks,

Sumeet
