I am having issues with my exported video being extremely laggy. I have viewed the video on multiple devices to confirm it is a problem with the video file itself. The video plays back smoothly on the sequence within Adobe Premiere Pro? Any ideas? I have searched this topic and already tried the following fixes:
Thanks for any ideas you may have!

I've been experiencing audio delays, muting, and video lags with my Sony A7C footage.
Entire sequence plays back just fine with warp stabilizer, lumetri color, and mgrts applied. After a successful export, the video playback has lags/delays and freezes.
Tried clearing Premiere Pro cache, check updates, uninstall/reinstall, different export settings/presets and issue remains.

There was a known issue with what I think was H265 exports under macOS on Apple Silicon based Macs that I believe was resolved. I don't recall which version of Premiere this applied to or which version of macOS.
You didn't post any detials, so maybe this applies to your issue or maybe it does not.

I'm currently using Mac Sonoma, using Format H.264. I've tried doing the Match Source - Adaptive bitrate presets and the issue remains. The glitch/freeze happens at random times and at different parts of the video every time I try a different export setting.
I check the Render at Max Depth and Use Max Render Quality, I also used Encoder and the Youtube/4K presets on there and still having this issue.
