I searched many ways, but all of them were just for editing to loop the whole thing. I need some help to loop one part of a scene from the movie loop, but the audio is gonna continue for almost an hour.

If you hold down option on Mac or alt on Windows you can select just the video portion and not the audio portion. You can also hold down alt on Windows or Option and Mac and drag the video you want to loop to make a copy of the portion of the video over the existing audio. Always release the modifier key first. I hope that this is helpful.

So the way you're explaining is to copy the video to make a loop?

I thought there was some effect that I can use to loop like the effect pause? I forgot the name of the effect, but it freezes the last part of the video, so just use it as a picture.

The reason I'm looking for another way is that when I copy & paste for an hour, it's runny too fast and the delay is crazy.
