VIDEO PLAYBACK ON SOME IMPORTED CLIPS DISTORTED

Hi, I'm using latest version of Premier, while editing, I tried importing clips however my clips are distorted, tried playing it on vlc and it works perfectly fine, but on premiere pro, clips are graphically messed up. Hope someone could help if I should enable something on my settings or disable. thank you
