The video preview as well as export is of very poor quality whenever I try playing it in Adobe or exporting it. I use Windows machine. The videos run with fine quality in media player but show distorted quaity in premiere preview and its export. Any suggestions on how to fix pixelating granules and blurred videos ?

Your image or sequence setting is quite low, so is the export bitrate.

Post screenshot image properties.

These are the settings for the screen recording app which I'm using to extract video and then import it in Adobe Premiere.

I do not know much about screen recording software but it says 420p which to me is very low quality and a low framerate.

The clip properties show an odd pixel aspect ratio and its variable frame rate, which Premiere is not very fond off.

Might need to get better recording software.

I only have recirding software that can go upto 444p.  The recording is working very fine in windows player but it is blurring and turning illegible once I export it to Premiere pro. Any recommended settings to fix that ? Anything to do with import settings, sequence settings or export ? Dear community member, kindly help by sharing screenshots of recommended settings to fix this

Windows player is a player, Premiere is editing software. There is a big difference between the two.

Your recording is Standard Definition (post stamp size) and you are trying to convert it to HD as in billboard size. Hence, the bad image quality.

The only fix here is to get better recording software.
