Video Quality bad when uploaded to premiere

Hi,

I am having trouble with my video quality. Whenever I export it from my computer into adobe to be edited, the quality gets worse. The color gets dulled and it gets way over saturated. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Exporting from a PC into Premiere is called: importing or ingesting files into Premiere.
