Video stutters/jitters in Premiere Pro and on export

Hello, I could really use someone's help right now...

You can clearly see the jitter/lag at the green leafes. The image will just lag one frame and it looks afwul when i'm recording. It shows with any kind of movement like a clean pan. I've done a firmware update, I've tried putting my lens stabilization on and off but nothing seems to work. I've also tried recording in different fps (25,30,50,60) with the 180rule. All have the same problem.

I realised today that this problem does not occur when I play the raw footage from my camera via a Windows program. It occurs as soon as I open it with Premiere or try to export it with Premiere. I always make sure that the sequence settings are the same as my videos.

Can someone help me?
