Video Won't Play in PowerPoint

   I composed a short video, with B-roll, in Premiere Pro and exported it in the H.264 format, using presets for Facebook, Vimeo, and High Quality, all in 1080p.  All of them show as MP4 files.

   I tried inserting each one with Insert>Video>This Device into PowerPoint and each results in a video that will not play when clicked on in sequence, and when I try clicking on the Play triangle on the slide itself I get a message that says, “Cannot Play Media”.

   What am I doing wrong?

Oh, the video is under 60 seconds long.
