does any body knows this problem i cant do anything and my display part is glitchy like this(i always have to reopen the program to fix it but this is happening too much?!

Sorry about the issue. Can you share your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Also, what type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?

yes sure! my system specs is/windows 10, 64 bit/ryzen 5 5600g/16 gb ram ddr4/rx 470,4gb vram...

my media fiel is MAIN FOOTAGE: 4k facecam(42 mb bitrate)/mp4/30 frame

SECOND FOOTAGE: 1920*1080 (15 mb bitrate)/mp4/30 frame.

Hola, el problema que estas teniendo es debido a la falta del driver adeucado de tu tarjeta grafica, no solo es tener el driver de juego o el generico que se instala con el Sistema Operativo, si no debes ir a la pagina oficial de la marca y descargar la version completa.
