Voice over records only single track (left) from stereo mic when using MultiCamera sequence?

I have a multicamera sequence working well and all sync'd up (using Audio as source) ... all good there.  But when I try to record on A2 (Audio 2) using the voice-over record (click on the mic icon on A2) with my Stereo mic it records to just ONE channel (the left).  So I thought I could just use the Audio FX "Fill Right with Left" and apply it to move voice-over recording ... sadly I can't, the FX will just not apply to the voice-over recording?

The voice-over recording works great when I'm NOT using MultiCamera.

Puzzled?  Thoughts?

I figured it out, I need to add a new Audio Track and select the Track as "Stereo" or as "Mono" rather than "Standard".
