Unable to record voice over it really moves very quick without properly recording, a system restore resolved the issue once but the issue has come back and now there is no restore point to go back....

I don't know what Windows System Restore would do, save for maybe setting your preference or cache back to an earlier setting. Just wondering about the 'really moves quick'... is that because your timeline is too far zoomed in - for what your are doing? Plus and Minus (unshifted) will zoom your timeline in and out.

try the following:

reset the preferences

clean media cache

delete preview files and renders

Even if you create a new project,,blank sequence,try record voice issue persists...the only option that worked earlier was windows system restore...

Same issue on new project with Adobe 2024...
