Warp Stabilisation makes some clips black

When I apply warp stabilisation to some clips it just makes them fully black. This is default settings after it's analysed the clips.

If I make change any settings it shows the clip again while it processes it, then immediately goes black again. I've tried:

- reinstalling Premiere Pro

- updating my GPU drivers

- Changing the warp stabilisation settings

- Removing all other effects on the clips

- Using a nest

- Cutting the clip into smaller clips

Nothing works. Other clips get stabilised and work fine. When I render that section it's black, so not just a preview issue. What's going wrong?

Make sure the clip does not have frame hold, or something similar, applied.
