The stabiliser is trying to stabilise by the boat at the end of the clip. Is there a way to tell premeire that what I want to stabilise is not the boat?

You could try and lower the smoothness.

I would cut the clip just before it gets distorted.

Or try Ae (Stabilize Motion)
