warp stabilizer preview bug?

Using the warp stabilizer effect while using premiere 2022 messes up the preview screen.

I have attached a video so you can check it, so please check it out.

The sequence settings are also attached.

I'm editing a 4k shot in 2k (1920*1080 sequence) down to 50% in size.

..a bit weird workaround helped - nest the clip first and apply warp on nested comp.

Warp is an incredibly complex effect. It is oft best used by applying to your satisfaction, then doing a full render & replace original media with a high-Q rendered file so the Warp gets baked in.Using perhaps a decent ProRes, DNx or Cineform for the codec.

If you don't, then doing the Warp ... nest ... then apply any other effect is a best practice. And nothing weird about nesting, it is the sensible way to ensure no process order complications later on.

I understand what you mean but when I did warp and then nest the problem remains the same. I did nest first and warp on nested comp. But perhaps it is the issue of codec as you sugested, because nest probably internally recompress the file first and then warp works with native codec.

Anyway good to know.

If you've got other effects already applied, yea, you'd probably need to 'nest' the processing of those then Warp the nest.

Hi there! Try to set the clip scale adding ,1

For example if the clip scale is 50,0 then change it to 50,1 (voilá)
