Whenever I open an existing Premiere project, it resets the workspace to the default--and prompts me to log into something called Frame.io, whatever that is. Most apps I work with save workspaces with projects, which is I want. Is there a way to have Premiere do this too? Thanks.

In Premiere Pro, double-check that Window > Workspaces > Import Workspaces from Projects is enabled.
