Weird colors being displayed

Sometimes premiere gives me weird colors aa shown in the photo. At times it would do that when paused, and come back to normal if I play...other times it's the opposite, that is, normal when paused, and weird colors while playing. I tried changing the color management from rec 709 to rec 709 scene, but didn't work. I wanted to switch to sRGB, but that option is grayed out. My version of premiere is 2022 and my machine is lenovo i7 laptop.

Make sure you are running the newest GPU driver.

For Nvidia, that would be the Studio Driver and not the game driver.
