Weird Issue with Extensions Panel

I am using Premiere Pro 25.6.2, an Nvidia 1070, Windows 11 Pro, Intel i7-9700K processor and 32 GB Ram.

Whenever I open an extension, the panel is undocked and blank.  The contents of the extension are affixed to the upper left corner of the screen and I cannot select anything.  This happend in the Beta version too.

Any idea what the heck is going on?

Before going to bed last night I updated my graphics card driver and removed extensions I didn't need.  Still had the same issue.

Woke up this morning, fired up Premiere and, to my surprise everything is working fine.  I rebooted last night a number of times, but it made no difference.  I was still having issues.

I don't know what I did, if anything, but all is well!
