Today I say yes. Oh my God, the developers have made adjustments to smooth playback on the timeline. Four projects are behind us. PlayHead runs back and forth without stuttering. I even specially checked the JKL keyboard shortcut, everything is running. Kevin, my respects. You can, when asked.

This is on the Win 11.

Kevin system, but it worked better in version 22.1.1 when working with text, feedback, and without slowing down. Why did they touch it? So far, I haven't noticed anything from further improvements that can be noted in the latest version, except for the smoothness of the question. Sadly.

Please give users flexibility to move caption objects beyond "title safe" areas.

The revamp of Premiere's captioning feature (prior to this version) no longer allows users to move around a caption object as one would a video object by allowing changes to the position values via the Motion section of Effect Controls. This was a very helpful workaround, but with the recent revamp, Caption objects can no longer be handled like video objects.

There are many special non-broadcast special use cases where precise positioning of stylized captions are necessary.

Also, the position slider values continue to go adjust, even as the caption object has stopped moving.

I will also note especially, thank you very much to the Adobe developers, for paying attention to my request, which few people wrote about here in the community, which is surprising. Finally, we adjusted the correct display between switching workspaces (panels) in Premiere. This is very important, because I waited and wrote so much, I don't know who contributed, but it is extremely important for everyone to see it in the new version. Everything is responsive and does not stutter as before. The panels switch between each other as intended. My respects. Let's figure out the rest

I literally dont know what's going on because i've just got a macbook air 13' m1 8gb 256ssd and also got adobe pack genuine, installed adobe premiere last version, and it's lagging a lot in a simple video preview in 1080p 24fps in 1/4 of the quality. Could someone explain me why is that?
