What Happened to Captions/Transcripts?

I guess this is a bug? 

I don't know what happened in the latest update, but captions/transcripts suddenly became terrible. I used to be able to rely on them for a lot of my edits, but not I'm having to edit transcripts and do a lot more fine trimming. It seems like Premier forgot how sentences work and also only recognizes pauses and filler words about 30% of the time when it used to be just absolute fire. I hope this is addressed in future updates, because it's really increasing my edit times drastically!
