Audio volume line is not in the centre, Adobe moved it some time ago to just above the centre (which makes it more visible).

If the volume line is below, then someone may have changed the volume of the clip?

When you move the cursor over the volume line, does it say Volume: 0 dB ?

yes, it shows 0db and it's below the "horizon" for every clip dropped onto timeline
