When exporting video, the first few frames are pixelated and back to normal later on.

When I export a vide as H.264, match source - medium rate (target bitrate: 3mbps as preset), the first few frames are always pixelated (see photos below). Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks!

Are you fading in? Zooming? I'm wondering if there's just not enough datarate for the effect. If you export as match source high bitrate, what happens?

Hi, there is no other effect applied. When I export as high bitrate, it looks perfect. But all my videos have this problem when using medium setting.

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.
